As you can see in the pictures the blue mermaid have a different hair because my son didn't like it and I believe he was right now she look way better .

they are sooo cute, i used muslin in the body painted in white and antiqued with Dona's huge antiquing color beechnut 

the little carrot is made out of wool felt and shine with Wink of Stella  clear ( love love this product ) I can used in fabric and in paper, I just have clear now, but I plan to get all the colors.

This is one of my favorites things to craft , a doll.  I have in my craft room more than 300 dolls and I love them all . 

I being crafting alley life thank you to my mother and grandmother, both great crafter and excelentes cooks 

I being making dolls for about 30 years and combine with card making, cross stitch and every possible craft techniques than i can find or invent myself

the button part did nor show but is just the measure of the button of the top part of the dress and is 2 1/4 " 

the instructions are all doodle in the pages just save them to your computer and print as big or small as you like , the approximate of the size of the doll is in the paper too

muslin 

needles and pins

sewing thread 

any fabric with small print ( I prefect cotton fabrics) 

coffee ( I use instant ) 

wool and wool needles ( you can buy locks merino or just merino in any color that you prefer) 

eyelashes for dolls ( you can find this one in any place that sale newborn dolls supplies . I get my on eBay )

acrylic paint 

spray bottle with water 

old towels and disposable vinyl globes.
